About The Neverlutionaries

Jammerzine has an exclusive interview with The Neverlutionaries founder Christopher Harold Wells. Having released what I consider one of the most diverse albums in the last few years, The Neverlutionaries is as much Christopher’s music lab as much as it is music project.

Having cut his teeth and added his resume with some of the most prolific people in music, Christopher now demonstrates his extreme diversity with The Neverlutionaries new eponymous album filled with tracks that really make the album sound like it has multiple artists throughout. Like completely different bands. I have no other way to say it, so I just said it. Check out the playlist below.

In this interview, we talk with Christopher about The Neverlutionaries, the songwriting and recording process and how he maximizes his output, especially in this pandemic, as well as the next evolution for The Neverlutionaries.

About Evidence

Evidence has released his new single and video titled ‘Pardon Me’, from his upcoming album ‘Unlearning Vol. 1’. Laid back and leaned into, ‘Pardon Me’ delves into the mind of a musician as he releases his inner thoughts and trials of life. A lesson for all within the lyrics, the smooth backbeat makes a subtle message of life lessons learned and those learned better appreciated as Evidence appreciates all he’s earned and those around him.

Evidence’s new album, ‘Unlearning Vol. 1’, drops June 25th.

About Foxxglove

‘Bad Timing’, the new song from Foxxglove, releases on May 14th. People say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but they never say it is at the beginning. That was the initial thought I got on that first listen to ‘Bad Timing’. Foxxglove’s vocals with stay with you long after this listen. This song will stay with you because of that alone. But the music has a future classic tinge to it where every note has its place and the hook has a purpose. I’m at a loss for words.

About KARMACODA

KARMACODA has released their new summer remix ‘Make Me The One’ by Peter Tanico (E39). From the upcoming album titled ‘Slow Down’, releasing May 28th, Peter gives an about face with the original version (video below) and gives it a march stomp dance floor beatdown musically enough to make it another track. Now with a new personality and tempo, ‘Make Me The One’ is reborn for a new mood, new audience, and that summer care free in a hopefully pandemic-free world.

About Pastel Coast

Pastel Coast are set to drop their new single titled ‘Distance’ tomorrow. Pastel Coast are a band with personality and ‘Distance’ proves that. The originality of the track is only surpassed by the hook and that hook is an electropop monster that surrounds you through the speakers and engulfs you with a thickness and vivid sound that come from a band that are as much a group of songwriters as they are musicians. ‘Distance’ is a song that elegantly flows throughout.

Tony Steele & The Massacre

Tony Steele & The Massacre are set to release their new single titled ‘Invisible World’ on May 28th. Leaner and with a more rock and pop sound, Tony Steele presents a more accessible version of his massacre with a hook heavy track focusing more on guitar and his unique blend of vocals. This is definitely a solid evolution in his music.

About Janna Jamison

Janna Jamison has released her new video for the song titled ‘Invitation To A Beheading’. Somewhat of a vivid cross between Wes Anderson and Marie Antoinette, the video becomes a beautiful anthesis to the song. And the song itself is a beautiful blend of Janna’s songwriting, signing, and musicianship. As I learned watching her exclusive interview with Sophia Ciravolo, Janna is an artist with a vision and a headful of originality waiting to be brought forth. And those are the artists that last.

About Matt Peach

Matt Peach has released his new video for the track titled ‘Crush’. With hints of glam rock and a touch of post-punk, Matt Peach gets the groove in the pocket with slyly sexy deliverance and gritty soul meant for the stage. Best when played live, but the video will more than do.

About Molosser

Molosser have released their new album titled ‘Appear’. Beginning as a cathartic musical journey, ‘Appear’ is dark, brooding, and, at times, very lucid musically and even spiritually on a certain level. Almost conjuring the spirits of The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, and a few other more obscure artists, not in style but in execution.

Filled with utterly unique chord changes and even more original vocal inflections, ‘Appear’ is most definitely an original concept. Even more so than an album. And that is what makes this an endearing set of songs.

‘Appear’ is out now.
